1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Admis.ca ("Admis"), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should refrain from using the services offered by Admis. Your continued use of Admis signifies your acceptance of any changes to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Admis provides an AI-powered platform designed to assist users in preparing immigration-related documents for Canada. Our services include automated form pre-filling and personalized eligibility assessments for various immigration programs. It is explicitly understood that Admis does not file documents on behalf of users, nor provides legal immigration advice.

3. Payment Terms

  • Fees: Fees for our document preparation service are due upon engagement of the service. The specific fee structure will be provided at the time of service engagement.
  • Non-Refundable: All fees paid to Admis are non-refundable as our service is considered completed upon providing you with access to the document preparation tool.
  • Service Completion: The completion of service is defined as the point at which the user receives access to the document preparation kit.

4. User Responsibilities

The Admis platform is intended for personal use. Users are responsible for their own decisions and actions taken based on the information provided by Admis. We recommend that users seek professional legal advice for specific immigration-related questions and before taking any significant immigration-related decisions.

Limitation of Liability

  • Review and Submission: Users are responsible for thoroughly reviewing all documents and ensuring their accuracy before submission. Users must independently submit their documents to the relevant authorities.
  • Accuracy of Information: Users must provide accurate and complete information. Admis is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by users.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and software on the Admis platform are the property of Admis or its licensors and are protected under Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy Policy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by Admis's Privacy Policy, which is integral to these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Admis shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our services, including but not limited to reliance on information obtained through Admis.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Admis provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Admis and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of Admis.

10. Modification of Terms

Admis reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

Admis may terminate or suspend your access to the service for violation of these Terms without prior notice or liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province of Quebec.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be settled through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Province of Quebec.
